Multi-media photo installation

As a photographer with roots in Istanbul, Turkey, my art primarily explores small details in our daily life, current news and immigration. In my practice, I like experimenting new techniques and exploring different themes, discovering new ways to see through my lens. My recent work shows the diversity in Ottawa through portraits, telling the stories of people who've made this city their home. These are more than just photographs; they are stories, they are declarations, silent yet powerful testaments to the resilience and richness of the immigrant experience.
